How many seedlings do I get?
Each pack contains a selection of 38 seedlings, nurtured with love and grown from organic, healthy living soil. These seedlings are inoculated with beneficial microbes and grown in our on farm made organic compost to help them thrive in your garden. This works out to be less than $2.30 per seedling
These are some of our favourite varieties that we have been growing over the years at Tomtit Farm and include a mix of classic, heirloom, and heritage varieties.

we are also growing lots of other beautiful varieties, that we can mix and match on the day.
When will these be available?
Our Seedling CSA packs will be available for collection from Labour Weekend, precisely when you need them for planting. Each seedling has been carefully tended to, starting from seed, right here at Tomtit Farm. We take pride in using organic and sustainable practices to ensure you receive the healthiest and most vibrant seedlings.

Where do I collect?
All seedling packs are to be collected from Tomtit Farm in Matangi.
Due to the nature of the seedling trays we can not post these.
Can I pick what's in my pack?
To a point, we will have lots of extra seedlings at the farm that you can swap on the day. But the 32 cell tray can not be changed. We are trying to keep it as simple as possible this year to ensure we can roll this out smoothly. You will receive a large variety of seedlings to fill your garden space, and it might be a great opportunity to try growing something you have never tried before! 😊
How much area will this pack cover?
There will be enough seedlings to cover a 3-6 m² garden space. If you don't have that much space, you might want to find a friend to share a seedling pack with. Keep in mind that seedlings like cucumbers, pumpkin, and courgettes need more space, so be sure to give them a little extra room.
